Best Practices in Diversity and Labor Inclusion

Diversity and labor inclusion are intimately tied to companies’ profitability on a global level. In this document, the Diversity Task Force has identified companies that work steadily on this issue on an international level and presents their best practices.

The document is made up of two sections:

  • The first section contains integral data that describes the plans of action for American Express, Ernst & Young and PwC. These companies were selected for having a comprehensive diversity strategy on an international level, including their Mexico offices.  Additionally, they have obtained international certifications and recognition.
  • The second section contains data sheets with executive summaries of companies that have outstanding diversity programs. The included companies are: Pepsico Alimentos, P&G, GM, Manpower, Manpower, Microsoft, Accenture, IBM and GE.

Each datasheet includes:

  • Program name
  • Program objective
  • Year of implementation
  • Number of employees in the program
  • Description
  • Results measurement of the program
  • Contact information
