Survey of Salaries and Benefits

Survey of Salaries and BenefitsThe Survey of Salaries and Benefits 2012 has all the information you need for setting salaries and benefits for 123 different jobs in Mexico.

This survey is compiled of information from 204 companies, the majority located in Mexico’s three main cities, thereby making it a vital tool for helping companies set or review their salary policies.

This publication explains how to calculate compensation levels, identifies the benefits set forth by law and specifies those that are exempt of income tax.  It also clarifies how IMSS (Mexican Social Security) contributions and other payroll-related taxes and staff-related costs are determined.  In addition, the Survey of Salaries and Benefits 2012 contains an extensive analysis of the findings obtained.  This is not just with regard to compensation levels for the 123 different jobs, but also in terms of corporate salary review policy trends and other features and trends in the Mexican wage market.

This is why the Survey of Salaries and Benefits 2012 is more than just a collection of compensation tables.  It is a complete tool to help you understand, develop and review salary policy in order to make the right staff hiring decisions.  These policies and decisions will ultimately determine the company’s ability to attract and retain the best human talent and, in turn, to compete in today’s market.
